of course here it is.. also the face normals point to different directions for these elements. Would it be possible to avoid that?

Took a while to get around to addressing this one.
It seems the issue was caused because the planes used for sorting the vertex lists were lining up with a vertex and sometimes this would result in the shifted list if it was to close to tolerance.
Rotating the plane by a degree seems to have fixed this. In the even this issue arises again, let me know, and ill come up with a new method.
The latest release of mesh(+) has the corrected components, also attached below.
