Issue Running Mantis

Hi Mohamed, 

very interesting tool!

I have downloaded the v5 version and installed on my PC (unblocking and copying both the GH and dll files to the components folder in GH). I got all three section of the Mantis plug-in. However, whenever I try to run it I get an error (as shown in the image below). So, please let me know if you do have any suggestions?
