loft problem with diamond component

Hi I am working on a definition to divide a surface of a tunnel shape model and I use Diamond component divide the surface and make some holes in it but I face with two problem : First: the I can not loft the holes carves and the original diamond shapes and the loft component says that the crve is insufficient, second there is a crack at the top of my shape after using the diamond definition.
