flatting a bent surface

hello all
i used "Hexagon cells" component in grasshopper-lunch box and i have a lot of hexagon bent poly lines now. i would like to set the vertices of this poly lines in a flat position coincided on centroid plan of every polygon. i wanna make surfaces and fabricate them with Laminated plywood sheets.
in fact i want the 6 vertexes of every surface to take place on a central plan of every polygon.
is there any way that I can solve this problem in grasshopper or a plugin?
