If you have any learning/teaching material that you want to share with other users please share them on this page.I will periodically organize the materials here in the main post under your name.

Unless noted differently by the creator (you in this case) all the materials in this page will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License which allows everyone to copy, distribute and transmit the work or remix it to adapt the work as far as s/he attributes the original creator of the teaching material (you again!).
