Looks like json file is not downloaded on your system correctly. I attached the file so you can download it and replace it with the one on your system.

Hi, i've got the same error while running honeybee, can you tell me where the file OpenStudio_Standards.json is located? i didn't find it to replace.

It is under the default path. Check Ladybug_Ladybug's output to find the folder on your system.
