Seasonal Schedule VER 0.0.63

Hi, 

I'm using the Seasonal Schedule (VER 0.0.63 JAN-20-2018) to combine two scenarios of weekly schedules. It seems that this component is taking the end date of the analysis period, instead of the beginning, for the end of the first seasonal window. 

Attached please find the example: the analysis period is from 6/30 to 9/1, so we should have three time intervals as:

   1/1 to 6/29

   6/30 to 9/1

   9/2 to 12/31

but the resulting schedule is like:

   1/1 to 8/31

   6/30 to 9/1

   9/2 to 12/31

Can you please check if it works right?
