algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Python component error

Hello,

I have recently installed Ladybug and the python component necessary to open the program. However, anytime I load one of the exercises, I get the following error (attached image) I have installed and reinstall the python component many times but I always get the same error. How can I fix this? Many thanks!!

Hi Ernesto,

this error means that Python 0.5.101 is not installed, but is necessary to run LadyBug.

Can you make sure that you install it, by following the installation instructions that are available from the place where you downloaded the file?
