I am looking for a solution to integrate the technical ceiling and the structure thickness for each o my floor. For the moment i add an intermidiar level between each level. But I would like to find another solution.

Why don't you just model the floors in Grashopper with the gap? Is it for Daylighting simulation or Energy simulation?
