Help review my first model?

All,

This is my first real model. The project is a dining hall remodel/addition in northern Vermont.

Before I continue to push this model I would greatly appreciate anyone's experienced eyes on my scripting.

Hopefully I can use this discussion as a consolidated place for all questions going forward. I intend to move to shading design, natural ventilation, etc...
