algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi!
Actually I want to run an annual radiation analysis in the inside of a greenhouse. CM-sky I suppose is the right one, at least it gives me the possibility in defining an analysis period. But it's actually not running... Any idea out here? Could it be the connection btw. the skyFilePath and the _skyFile?
THX,
Daniel

Grid-based Radiance simulation
The component is checking ad, as, ar and aa values. This is just to make sure that the results are accurate enough.
Good to go!

Hi Daniel,
Attaching your file can be more helpful ... if posible.
-A.
Here we go...
D
Runs fine on my side after i disconnected the panel with the Folder Name. I'll bet it is because the blank space in 01_SIMULATION MODEL.
Cancel this space and it will work.

THX, but no change.
Have a look on the reply to Mostapha...

Hi Daniel,
The file runs totally fine on my system. The line that you get the error (271) is the line that component tries to import the results and it can't find any. Can you try the attached file again.
If it didn't work can you share with me the files inside the analysis folder?
Have you tried to run other type of analysis (e.g. daylight factor) on your system. I wonder if the issue is with running Radiance on your system or just cumulative analysis?
It doesn't let me download the .rar file! Can you save it as a zip file and send it again.
Thanks,
-Mostapha
Here we go...
Hi Mostapha,
sorry for bothering you again: I installed the whole package on a different computer now and the result is the same. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks in advance,
D
I will check this in few minutes.
Everything looks fine and the only place that I'm not able to check and may cause the issue is the sky. Can you send me this file:
C:\Users\paratufello\AppData\Roaming\Ladybug\skylib\cumulativeSkies\VIENNA\VIENNA_1.cal
Also can you make sure that you have gendaymtx.exe available in C:\Users\paratufello\AppData\Roaming\Ladybug?
Mostapha
