Dowland the kmz file and it Will open google earth if its installed in your computer.
You Can also try This one: http://solar.ucsd.edu/c/benefits-of-optimum-geometric-alignment-of-...
Again you need to have Google Earth installed
Once you have the file opened in Google Earth look at the right side of the UI under the places tab. You'll get all the options to visualize the data
