Upgraded Dropbox, but storage is missing

This exact thing happened to me a couple of months ago. I ended up contacting contact dropbox to figure out what was wrong. Turns out, my payment hadn’t fully processed because my bank flagged it for some reason. Once I cleared that up, the extra storage showed up instantly. My advice? Double-check your payment status and don’t hesitate to contact their support team they sorted me out pretty quickly.
