Securespend card confusion

I ran into this exact issue, and it drove me nuts for a bit. After checking and re-checking the balance, I had no choice but to contact securespend to get it sorted. They told me the merchant I was trying to use wasn’t supported. They reset the card, and I was good to go. Definitely give their support team a ring if this keeps happening.
