Providng scissor type hinge joints in Karamba between continous memebrs

Hello,

I am very new to Karamba. I am working on design and analysis of a timber gridshell using Kangaroo and Karamba. I need to provide scissor type hinge joints between two woodem members. I am trying to use beam joints and beam joint agent component in karamba cross-section option, but somehow cant figure out the correct method. Can someone please help me with this?

Dear Anand,

did you have a look at the example 'ZeroLengthElement_Scissor.gh'? It can be found in the Karamba folder under '..Rhinoceros 5.0 (64-bit)\Plug-ins\Karamba\Examples\TestExamples\Zero_Length_Element\'.

For easy access to the Karamba folder double-click on the Karamba desktop icon.

Best,

Clemens

Thanks Clemens
