algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi all

I was trying to make a model in diferent parts. I want to charge the Ax,Vx, and Mx in a new model connected with the first one. The Ax and the Vx are posible to charge like loads (I suposed), but how I can charge the Mx? It is posible like a rotacion. It is better charging another thing.

Thanks !

Hy Andres,

what do you mean with 'charging' a model? Ax, Vx and Mx are sectional reactive forces, and for applying them to a new model you would have to define at least a direction in which they are acting.

You have got the possibility to define multiple load-cases within one model, so the resulting section forces Ax, Vx and Mx can be shown for each load case as well as superimposed from all the loadcases.

Hi robert

I'm doing what you say, giving a direction and force vector to Ax and Vx and introducing it with PLoad.

But how I can Introduce Mx?  it is a force x distance, I was thinking to put a PLoad in a substructure from 1 m with the Mx calculated before? but there is no too much accurate !! because will appear Vx forces.

Thanks.
