Joint components

Hi all,

I need some help with this component because I can't manage to get the results I want.

I would like the upper nodes (0,2,4,5) to be articulated joints but I don't know how to introduce it.

The result I'm looking for is that the upper bars have not any bending moment.

Another question about this..If I have to feed the resulting cross section from this component into the CroSec-plug of the Assemble-component, ¿how can I choose the cros section I want.

Hi Pablo,

you can attach names (ids) to elements or groups of elements. The cross section, joint and material components of Karamba let you define the identifiers of the elements to which they shall be attached. For further information see the manual.

The joint component works along the same line as a cross section component.
