Defining Supports

Dear all, 

after discovering Karamba I was very enthusiastic about the software.

But now I always fail when it comes to setting the supports for a structure.

Karamba tells me that it couldn't find the nodes for the supports and I just don't understand why. 

Is there anyone you could explain that to me?

Would be much appreciated!
