Credit Genie app login trouble

I had a weird issue logging into my Credit Genie account - it just wouldn’t recognize my password. After a couple of tries, I decided to contact credit genie customer support. They asked me to reset my password and verified my account through email. It was a smooth fix, but next time, I’ll make sure my password manager has the right info saved.
