Bending of columns

Hey,
I want to simulate bending very thin straight columns under the weight of a slab(like in the image). What am I doing wrong? It just pushes the columns down.

Hi,

Columns seems to be perfectly vertical and no bending moment is acting on them. So I would expect noting more as pure compression when dong linear analysis. 

So there is nothing wrong with your model. Probably you are looking for the buckling analysis.
