Bandolier strap problem

When the strap on my Bandolier case snapped out of nowhere, I wasn’t sure if it was covered. Luckily, I contacted bandolier, and they helped me file a claim. They sent a replacement strap without much hassle. If you’re dealing with something similar, make sure you have your proof of purchase handy when you call.
