Analysis of a Grid stiffened panel

Good morning Karamba Users! I’m still quite a newbie in here with the plugin, having begun to re use it again after a long time. My aim is to start with analyzing a simple rectangular panel stiffened by grid cells (orthogrids). Does someone know a good relevant tutorial to start with? Other starter tips could also be of great help!
