about spring caculation in karamba

when the spring add into caculation , it turn to be red and saying cant solve static system, i checked the support pt and other components, did not find which part is wrong in this caculation , pls help

Dear Jiaxing,

it seems as though one of the springs is not connected to the frame (see attached file). Try to pull the endpoints of the springs to the berep before including them in the mesh.
