I presume you mean to stop the bending across the "T" of the structure.

The simplest way to do this would be to just add another spring going all the way across, as shown below. (Here I've given the T a slight angle just to make it clear visually that it is a separate line, but you can also make them completely collinear)

Should give increased stiffness to the springs that form the triangle of the bar?
