(Magic Tile )uniform

Hello Everyone

I'm trying to run a simple simulation on several  identical  triangle, they all have to  grow or shrink depend on scale factor of one triangle and not overlapping each other.  something like paper folding but just in 2D format. could some body help me out? i'm try to achieve something like the attached GIF file where i found at Daniel Piker blog. i'm new to Kangaroo and  my setup is far from ideal  I welcome any suggestions.
