Kangaroo pullsurface?

Hi everyone,

I'm very new to Kangaroo and I've been trying to use to see what distortion could be made to a 2d image (exported using picture frame using jpeg) as a whole depending on the direction of the equal length curves pulling up the image from various points. Is such idea possible on kangaroo? I've used pullsurface tool to achieve such effect but it does not seem to make any changes. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

I've attached the rhino file as well as a simple image that explaining what I want to achieve.
