Kangaroo - Naked Vertices

Any suggestions for culling out the highlighted points from anchor points? I joined the meshes before passing the mesh to 'naked vertices', I would imagine this would exclude these points from the list. Doesn't seem to do the trick. Any help is always appreciated.

I had this issue before and found that the handy "combine and clean" method of joining meshes that comes in the "Kangaroo Physics" plugin (thanks to Daniel Piker) removes this problem.

This happens when vertex positions are very close but not exactly identical. It can be fixed with the Rhino command AlignMeshVertices, or with Mesh WeldVertices from UTO's Meshtools plugin.
