algorithmic modeling for Rhino

kangaroo in C# component

Hi all,

I am working on a C# component using kangaroo.dll as reference. I am wondering if I can run the solver inside my code.

Now what I am doing is just assemble the "goals" and then send it to kangaroo solver inside grasshopper. Nothing special. It's less powerful then include the solver in C# code(run it in loops for example).

Dose anyone know how to run the solve in code? Thanks.

The solver is the PhysicalSystem class defined in the KangarooSolver.dll

Check out the scripting sample files that come with Kangaroo download. In particular, have a look at the sample StepByStep.gh where Daniel Piker shows how to instantiate the PhysicalSystem class and update it step by step
