folding paper

Hello,

I am having a difficulty on making this digital version of my folding paper to work. My file is based on the 'fold_example'. However, I always get an error in kangaroo. The initial mesh has been simplified in a second design. But the kangaroo is still not folding it.

If you have any suggestions it would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
