Grasshopper won't load components

Hello Everyone, so i am re-installing my grasshopper libraries after a windows format, and i am having trouble with some of the plugins one of which is Ivy,

the error is the following

Command: Grasshopper
An error occured during GHA assembly loading:
Path: C:\Users\Gabriella\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries\ivy_1.gha
Exception System.IO.FileLoadException:
Message: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Users\Gabriella\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries\ivy_1.gha' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

yes i am sure that the .gha file is unblocked

any help is appreciated

Hi Gabriella. 

What version of Ivy are you using ?

If you are using 0.9 there are two files now ivy.gha and ivyscript.dll. They both should be unblocked and have the original names. 

I suggest to download the latest version of IVY from food4rhino and use that. Delete the old ones.

I was using an old version, now that i updated it works.

Any idea why it is giving the same error to other plugins as well?
