Added rotation, fixed some problems (?) with random number generator, fixed shapes containing others.

(Notice, this brute-force algorithm would be better done in a script for decent performances, this is to demonstrate Hoopsnake).

How do you manage to get all of the rhino output (from the different iteration steps) at the end??
