decent network and area

recently I renamed Decent-Network to Nonincestuous-Network , but about the area, I cant understand what exactly you wanna do with that, maybe it should be explained more.  Nonincestuous-Network generate some lines between a set of points to another set of point from next branches in a tree structure. if you wanna have a convex area from a set of points ,this component is not useful in this case and you may use Convex-Hull to make you job.
