I was able to repeat the error when I disconnected from the internet.  Are you able to get a proper internet connection?

Yes of course. There is a good internet connection.

I even checked this file: Newtonsoft.Json.dll

Still does not work. I asked a specialist in person, he tried a lot, but nothing happend... :(

4 students out of 13 students in our class have this problem.

What file version of Newtonsoft.Json.dll do you have?  Is it 6.0.4.17603?

If I use Newtonsoft.Json.dll version 6.0.4.17603 I am getting newtonsoft error. If I install version 4 I can get all of the components working except RestGeocode component. Here is the error. 

1. Solution exception:Method not found: 'System.String System.Net.WebUtility.UrlEncode(System.String)'.

Could you please post a screenshot or the GH definition itself?
