GOAT algorithms from C# box

Is there a way to call the optimization algorithms of GOAT inside a C# script ?

GOAT implements an interface to the NLOpt library.

The library itself can be accessed in a number of different languages, but not C#, unfortunately.

As far as I know, GOAT itself launches a C/C++ process to run the library from C#.
