Gismo running error

Hello

I've encountered this problem but i'm not sure why gismo won't innitiate. I currently running the 4.9.4.2 version and i followed all the requirements. I also tried the next one before 5 but the shape files didn't run well, terrain worked fine but i wanted the shapes so i went back to this version. Any thoughts?

Which error message did you get when running the "OSM shapes" component?

Oh, thanks for answering. Weirdly, i went back to the Mapwingis version 4.9.6.1 again and the plugin seems to work well.
