Pachube Read

I was trying to fire up that Pachube Read Component from your plug in, but I am getting this error:

1. Solution exception:The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

I am curious if this has anything to do with how my feed was set up on the Cosm.com website? Any idea?

Ps. I have created a feed for twitter account using a following URL:

https://userstream.twitter.com/1.1/arch_laboratory.json

I am trying to stream that through XML reader into Grasshopper environment. Other ideas on how to stream your Twitter status into Grasshopper are welcome. I am trying Mosquito plug in right now, but i am getting some other errors as well. :-)

Hello Konrad,

A few things:

1. I am assuming you have an api key for cosm / pachube? Does it have read permissions? As long as its a public feed, it should read ok.2. I think there is a bug with the XML reader and accepting https (http should be fine). I have to check on that, but I recall recently having a similar issue.

So here was a problem. I didn't realize that API Key had to be made public and be given access read/write attribute to be able to read data from the feed. You gave me a good pointer that made me look at it and realize what i was doing wrong. Thanks a lot! It is working now.
