transfer rhino to sap

hi,can anyone help me about this: i want to transfer my rhino file in to sap2000 v20,and i'm new to sap.i found out that i should use the geometry gym plugin.so i downloaded [ggRhino6SAP20 v1.4.04.msi (31st March 2019) v20].it didn't ask me for any license during the installation.but now when i want to use the command,it says as an unknown command.what should i do?
