Sweep profile perpendicular to surface

Hi:

 

I'm trying to sweep a profile through a set of curves. The profile sweeps correctly with the sdrSweepProfile component but with constant direction and I would like it to be perpendicular to a surface. I guess a have to use the normal vector and test them against the surface in order to obtain an angle to use in the component, but I'm not getting it.

Does anyone know how to do it?

I'm also interested in this, it should be possible although the routine might have to sample the path at a specific number of points (nominated by the user) as I haven't found yet a way to use a surface in the Rhino sdk command for sweeping.  I'll dig deeper though, please remind me if you don't get further notice on this soon.
