Red dot/ point on the curve: what does it mean actually?

Dear all and Jon,

Does anyone have same problem as mine, even though it might be a stupid question or situation i am sinking in..

My question is: what does the red on the line mean? i do wanna eliminate those as that might affect my analysis in GSA. I generate this dome by splitting the sphere in half, and i wanna assign beam at the element by using GeomGym. At the end, i would like to make a Gridshell.

Does anyone can help me eliminate the red dots please? or suggest me a new way to assign beam element in Geomgym that without red dots please?
