Orient profile problem

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to align some profile sections using using vectors normal to a mesh.

It seems like that both ggProfileOnCurve and ggSweepProfile are not working. On the other hand if I input the same vectors to the ggSAPCreateElement component everything seems working fine in SAP2000.

I tried to update the BullAnt plugin but the errors are the same.

Any help would be extremely appreciated!

I suspect the bullant plugin has a flaw in it, that it's takes a point to orient to (I didn't test, but try adding the orientation vector to the start of the line and wiring that in for orientation).

I'd recommend using the IFC plugin anyway, then you can take the model to revit, archicad, etc etc.

Thank you very much Jon!

It actually worked with the SweepProfile component but not with the ProfileOnCurve one!

I just needed it for representation purposes as that the Sap component was working perfectly.

Is it possible to link directly the IFC plugin with SAP? (please forgive my ignorance)
