Need Help！！！ Install Question

Hi,

 

Sorry for the problem.  Generally I have seen a similar message to this when the initial installation was done from a user account with administrator privilege/access, and then subsequent install attempted with non-admin account.  If you think this is the case, log-in with admin account, and try uninstalling from control panel.

 

The other suggestions is follow the instructions here http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070317202704AAF4bx2 so that windows does not know about previous installation.  The microsoft clean up utility I have used in the past on a stubborn computer.  I will help advise further to resolve this if you do not have success with the above.
