Error on bake

Hi Jesper,

I haven't seen this error myself, but here's the first things to test.

Which version of Robot do you have installed?  Note that there is specific installer for v2012 and v2013.  Note v2013 plugin can only load in v5 as it's dotnet 4.0 based.  A gh file should open with either.

If you have Robot already running does it work?  Note you might be prompted about a registration being needed if you have say 2012 and 2013.

I'll help further as I can.  I only just noticed your further reply on line loads.  I'll look into this.

Hi Jon

Actually the issue appears on the laptop of one of the students that I supervise.

 

She have tried to have robot open before baking, and she have robot version 2012 installed with the specific installer for geogym.

 

Anyway if you havent seen the error before, the solution must be to try and reinstall the entire thing once again.

Before you reinstall, try running the registration utility as in the image above.
