Hi I would be grateful if someone explains to me what this error means?

Hey,

for me this mostly is caused by an invalid list-entry in one of the inputs. E.g. a null entry. Try a 'Clean Tree' component or check your references in the input-manager!

best

probably it means you aren't registered a licence for the plugin yet. You should follow testemonials at the plugin's page.
It actually should give you a more accurate warning message if the plugin isn't licensed, but I'll double check and test.  An error message like this can also occur if the plugin is not loaded for some reason in Rhino (as the Grasshopper addon simply calls on methods included in the rhino assembly).

Hm it works on rhino 4 32-bit :) with the new licence

but gives the same error in Rhino 5 32bit
