problem loading ecotect from Geco, dynamic facades

Hi!

I´m not able to load Ecotect from Geco, although I have Ecotect 2011 installed and working, it says the following error: ´Maybe Ecotect 2010/2011 is not installed in your computer´.

I saw some other thread with this problem but no answer, has anyone found a solution to this problem? should I reinstall Ecotect in a specific folder?

Also, my idea is to simulate a dynamic facade modeled in Grasshopper, is Geco able to manage simulations with a dynamic source (sun) and dynamic geometry?

Hi,

please uninstall all older releases and clean your regestry

after that install ectotect 2011 again

this will solve your problem

Did you copy the ecolink.dll into the folder?
