How to install GECO in Rhino5

Hi Amir,

 

Hmm I think the installation file is installing the files automaticly on the Rhino4 Folder.

 

Is GH running in Rhino 5? I mean Check first that u installed Grasshopper in ProgramFiles Folder from Rhino 5. Then try to Copy the Components of Grasshopper from the Programm Files Rhino4 to Program Files Folder Rhino5. I dont´t using Geco with Rhino 5 but I would try somtihng like this.

 

U will find the Commponents Folder Under Programm Files/Rhino4/Plugins/Grasshopper/Components.

If you want grasshopper running in Rhino 5 with all your plugins just drag and drop GrasshopperPlugin.rhp into your RH5 canvas and you are ready to use it as always

I do not recommend you to copy the whole folder to rhino5

Where can I find this GrasshopperPlugin.rhp file?

it is located in x64 C:\Program Files (x86)\Grasshopper for Rhino 5 or  x32 C:\Program Files\Grasshopper for Rhino 5
