Problems wth .osm data

Can anyone tell me what should I do - I have the .osm file for particular area of the city -Szczecin in Poland, load key value "building" and get some blank spots although there should be a bunch of buildings. Tried to load "building:usage:pl" key and still get the same blank spots... It has always been like that – tried to use data for Szczecin last year and got same issue.

Anyway, it’s not the lack of content in .osm - in Qgis, using the same files, everything is in the right place... What is all about? I really need this file and possibility to analyze the data..

.osm data is a little tricky because there are so many people entering data so it's typically pretty inconsistent. it looks like what you'd call "buildings" are being called "amenities" and "shops", just use the generic osm module and call out "amenity" and "shop" and you'll find a lot more data.
