New Elk Version Released

There should be a new version of Elk (version 2.0) available on Food4Rhino that you can download.  It's been completely rewritten again so you can run it alongside the old version with no issues beyond maybe confusing one for the other. 

The new version finally gets node, way, and multipolygon data and will output all OSM tag data to go along with it.  There's also a function to extrude 3d buildings if the Height tag is found and properly formatted, but you can also now parse through all of the tag data and do more with it if you choose.
