Hi Zadeira

The problem is with the trimmed surface. When you offset these surfaces with grasshopper Offset surface you will get them in different ways. Remodel your surfaces and make sure they both give desired offset surface with grasshopper

but i cannot remodel the surface, it is just a small part, and as we do not know what make goes to diferent side , i will be too dificult

i have made another post, found here

it is not perfect , but i do have better result
