DoodleBug is not working

Hi All, 

I Have a problem, when I connect the toggle into illustrator gives me this error:

1. Solution exception:Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {0DC1BAC6-5A43-480A-84C3-301582B1EB02} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
