Some surfaces showing zero illuminance

Using DIVA for grasshopper, I started running tests on this simple shape. As you can tell, some of the surfaces are not reporting any illuminance (getting 0's from the DIVA component). This also occurs for the Daylight Factor analysis. I've had similar results with other geometries and the error seems to be totally random. Any ideas??

I've resolved this. The issue was that I was using the geometry for both analysis surface and material surface. Fairly obvious. The solution is to offset each surface or not have the analysis geometry participate in the context materials, though I think in areas like corners where the analysis object's material will affect the results the offset should be used.
